So today has been surprisingly easy! I started the day with a vanilla shake which was surprisingly delicious, thick and creamy and yummy. I made a wee video of that which was fun! Here is the link if you fancy watching it...
I had a few Brazil nuts around 1130am as I was feeling hungry AND I resisted the ice cream cone with chocolate and marshmallows that were being made on the fire at forest school! I had another snack of houmous and broccoli about 1pm.
I was planning to make another video of me trying a chocolate shake in the forest but I got side tracked playing with my children! I did get a bit snappy (hangry?!) but I realised I'd missed lunch and it was 230pm! Oops!
Wills made my second shake of the day - I stuck with vanilla so I can still make a taste test video another day for chocolate and strawberry! Wills and Zac both tried the shake too and were very cute at dinner asking for "shake" to drink. They were disappointed to learn Andy had made them ordinary milk shake!! I have a feeling they'll be sampling them properly before long!!
I had my first shot of the 'Nourish for Life' this afternoon. I wasn't so keen on it neat but I watered it down with some warm water and it was lovely as a tea.
Dinner was a low carb fish pie. Probably not the most perfect meal but I didn't have any mash potato and had heaps of veg so a big difference from my usual carb fest!!
I'm really happy with how today has gone. All my 30 days of cleanse will be similar as I can't do the deep cleanse days because I'm nursing but I will keep checking in daily because I'm so excited to track how it is going.
I also signed up for the isabody challenge today so took my "before" pictures and measurements and even used my neighbour's scales so I know how much I weigh too.
I feel so good that I am doing this for myself. It's totally out of my comfort zone to be using products to cleanse my body and loose weight. It is a massive push for me to have entered the isabody challenge. The people who succeed at the isabody challenge have fabulous bodies at the end of the 16 weeks. I'd like that for me... we'll see...
Thank you for being here with me, I really value your support while I change my body, my health and my life for the better. I wish this for you too. Xx
