I find affirmations and gratitude powerful tools to help keep my mind focused on all the incredible positives in my life. It's very easy for me to slip into negativity and "I don't have enough/do enough" thinking. 'Not enough' was my standard way of thinking for a long time so I need to be vigilant about where I allow my thoughts to go so it doesn't creep back in. I much prefer how I feel when I think positive thoughts, like when I focus on how grateful I am for my family and friends, for my home and food and clean water to drink. Even thinking something as simple as 'I love my kettle' makes me feel better. A couple of the affirmations I am using a lot at the moment are
Comparison is the thief of joy.

I can handle it.

These are reminders to be present to my own journey. Each of us are living our own beautiful lives and they are all different because we are all different.
I use these tools, a daily gratitude practice and affirmations to help me avoid self sabotage. Some times when things get too good I try to mess everything up to shrink back down into my comfort zone. By being proactive I am steadily moving away from these behaviours and I'm so glad of it too!
Sending love to you on your journey. I wish you abundant wealth, amazing health and joy and happiness every day. Xxx
