So these beauties arrived a couple of weeks ago now. I've been dragging my heels about starting them because I still have things I want to finish in my 2015 workbook and I thought it might change my focus too much.
So I opened then excitedly when they arrived, flicked through them and then promptly put them in a pile in the corner and ignored them.
Admittedly a little bit of me was sad too as they are so different from this years workbook that I was afraid they wouldn't be as good.... Sometimes I don't do change very well!!
A few of my friends have bought workbooks for 2016 using my affiliate code which is awesome as Leonie pays me thank you money for sharing her awesome work with the world. It feels like everybody wins in this situation as people who I care about (that would be you!) get to experience the powerfulness of these incredible workbooks and the clarity they can bring to your life (and business if you have one) and I get a bit of thank you money and Leonie sells her workbooks. Awesomeness all round!!
Anyway, as I said, I was dragging my heels about starting the 2016 workbooks but I thought I might take another look this week and so I took a sneaky 5 minutes while Andy and the children were playing Uno (our current favourite game - we play it almost every day!) to just start. Well that sneaky 5 minutes turned into half an hour because WOW!
I'd forgotten that Leonie starts the workbooks with a look back at the last year. Now as you probably know, 2015 has passed in a bit of a blur for me with Mum being so ill, then it looked like she was getting better and then suddenly, it seemed, she was gone. I felt like 2015 would be a year to write off... Until I started answering the questions Leonie poses in the 2016 workbooks. Seriously, my whole perspective on 2015 has changed just from thinking about and answering a couple of piercing questions. Questions that quickly helped me to understand that despite all the challenges 2015 has thrown at me I have survived AND not only that I have actually achieved a good chunk of what I set out to achieve..... This has been revolutionary for me, for the way in which I look at 2015 and Mums illness and death. And I am so so grateful that I took those few minutes to focus on me for a moment, to start the 2016 workbooks because I am feeling so much better about myself and about my life than I was last week. And that is always a good thing!
If you'd like to join me on this journey, there is still time to grab yourself a copy of these amazing workbooks. Some of the products are sold out already so if you are thinking about it then do it sooner rather than later! Or ask someone who loves you to buy it for you. These books have helped me to create magic in my life and instead of dragging my heels I am bouncing off the walls to get started with 2016 now. Fancy joining me....?
